Digital growth & operating infrastructure

We build the systems B2B companies run on and are found by

Every company has digital infrastructure. Most of it was never designed.

It accumulated. A website from three positioning changes ago, a CRM nobody trusts, a process that only works because one person remembers it, a dashboard nobody opens.

The gaps between those pieces are where trust, time and revenue leak out. That is the layer we build.

How we find them

Presence

Buyers cannot tell what you do before the first call, or find you at all.

Costs you Trust

Automation

Your team spends its day on work a system should have finished hours ago.

Costs you Time

Platforms

Growth needs more headcount because nothing you run scales without it.

Costs you Revenue

Visibility

Decisions get made on instinct because nobody can see what is happening.

Costs you Revenue

For two decades, digital capability was something you staffed. AI ended that arithmetic. The advantage is no longer who you employ - it is what your business runs on without them. Operations that depend on people get outpaced by operations that depend on systems. Not eventually. This cycle.

Five integrated solutions. One operating layer.

Start where the gap is. Each solution stands on its own, and each one is built to connect to the others rather than sit beside them.

We build for rooms where a breach is a public matter.

Public-sector and enterprise programmes are reviewed before approval and audited after they ship. We engineer to that reality, so your obligations are met by the system itself.

Data sovereignty by default

Residency enforced at the infrastructure layer, not in a policy document.

PII minimised, then encrypted

AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, tokenised wherever it identifies someone.

Least privilege, attributable

Short-lived credentials over immutable audit trails. Every action has a name.

Built to pass external review

Threat modelling and a hardened SDLC from the first commit, evidence included.

We help you stay compliant. Your GDPR, DPDP, ISO or sector-specific obligations are designed into the architecture, with the documentation your assessors will ask for.

Discuss your requirements

Speed is not effort. It is infrastructure we already built.

Years of running our own products means the foundations, the tooling and the method already exist. You are not paying for us to assemble them again.

01

Dedicated internal AI systems

Not prompts pasted into a chat window. Systems we built, run, and improve on our own engagements first - audit pipelines, entity mapping, prompt-test harnesses, code generation under review.

02

Platform foundations we already own

Auth, billing, background workers, integrations, analytics. The parts every product needs are solved once and carried forward, so the budget goes to what is actually specific to you.

03

A framework, not a fresh guess

Six stages, in order, on every engagement. Nothing is redesigned per client except the answer, so no time is lost deciding how to work.

04

We have operated what we build

Wapikit is our own commercialised SaaS. The decisions that cost money at month nine are ones we have already paid for.

Not case studies. The questions behind them.

Considering a partner? Here is what changes.

  • 01

We start with the problem, not a service catalogue

The first conversation is about what is not working in your business. What we build is the answer to that question, not a package chosen from a list.

  • 02

    Research comes before any recommendation

Every engagement opens with a documented baseline of where you actually stand. We say what we found before we say what to do about it.

  • 03

We think in outcomes, not deliverables

Success is what changed for your business, measured against the baseline we opened with. A shipped deliverable is not by itself a result.

  • 04

Engineering depth informs every design decision

Most agencies stop at design; most dev studios stop at code. Strategy first, design second, code third - by one team, so nothing is lost at a handoff.

  • 05

AI-native and AI-visible by default, not later

Structured data, entity mapping and prompt testing are part of the build, because buyers now ask a model before they ask you. Not a phase two.

  • 06

We build things that compound, not just ship

Launch is a stage in the framework, not the end of it. What we leave behind should still be earning its keep two years from now.

We do not start with a proposal. We start with a baseline.

A documented delivery framework, not a custom thinking exercise per engagement. Six stages, in order, adapted to your context - never reinvented.

Book a call

Let us map your problem to the solution

One call, an hour, with the people who would build it. You describe what is not working; we name which layer it actually sits in and what we would do first.

Book a call
  1. 01

    An engineer turned entrepreneur

Someone who has built the thing and carried the P&L, not an account manager.

  2. 02

    A mapped problem, in writing

Which of the layers your constraint sits in, and the first move worth making.

  3. 03

An honest no, if it is one

If this is not your bottleneck, that is the answer you get on the call.

Latest reads. What we are working out.

All insights

Questions we get before the first call.

If yours is not here, ask it directly - a founder reads every enquiry.

How does an engagement usually start?

With a call, not a proposal. We look at what you actually run, say which layer the constraint sits in, and tell you what we would do first. If it turns out we are not the right people, that is the answer you get on the call rather than three weeks later.

We know something is wrong but not what to fix. Is that too early?

That is the most useful time to talk. When the problem is not yet defined we work on a technical consultancy basis, billed hourly, so you are buying a decision rather than committing to a build you have not scoped.

What does it cost?

Scoped after the baseline, because a number before that would be a guess. The baseline tells us what actually needs building, and the proposal that follows is priced against that rather than against a brief.

Can you work alongside our existing team and stack?

Usually yes, and often that is the better outcome. We are frequently brought in for the part a team has not done before, then hand it over with the documentation and patterns needed to own it afterwards.

Who actually does the work?

The people you meet. Scoping is done by the person who will own delivery, and the work is not resold to a subcontractor after signature.

Can you meet our security and governance requirements?

We build to them as a default: data residency, encryption, least-privilege access and audit trails are part of the architecture rather than a later hardening pass. We are happy to go through your review process before anything is signed.

Most engagements start with a question, not a brief.

Tell us what is not working. We will tell you whether it is a presence problem, an automation problem, a platform problem, or a visibility problem - and whether we are the right people for it.
